When the crew is complete the contest location in Rottum -three adjoining shacks, a cantine and a workshop- is rather crowded and it is impossible to keep 1.5 mtr distance. Operators decide for themselves if they participate or not under these circumstances.

Therefore PI4GN will participate in the October edition of the IARU contest but it will be a limited setup due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The following applies to the October edition 2020 for PI4GN:

• 70 cm: limited set-up, from the contest location at Rottum, Netherlands.
• The higher bands will NOT be available from this location.
• PAØO, PAØT and PAØJCA will be active from their home QTH, collecting points for PI4GN. They serve most of the higher bands.
